3. Orders and Payments

• Custom orders require an advance payment as specified at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made before the delivery or handover of any jewellery.
• We accept various modes of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our exchange policy is as follows:

• Jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original condition with all tags and certificates intact.
• Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds are not provided; only exchanges or store credit will be issued.

5. Hallmarking and Certification

All our gold jewellery is 100% BIS Hallmarked. Diamond jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity. We guarantee the purity of the metal as stated on the invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pradip Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website.
